What a crazy month!!! Delaney has officially started her "childcare experience." Although I have had my initial "mommy meltdowns", I have come to the realization that Delaney is just fine in the arms of Ms. Lynn, or Nana, as her babies call her. I drop her off at 6:45 and I pick her up at 3:45. I am told that she loves to watch the other 3 infants as they play and talk to her. Ms. Lynn also says she is "scootin' everywhere." On the ride home everday, she and I talk about it (whatever "it" is). Our words are noises, but when I say "ah-goo", I think she realizes she's with her mommy.
Laneybug is also eating a little rice cereal during her feedings. Sometimes we put applesauce in it for a treat. She laughs when I scoop up the food around her mouth. I think the spoon feels good to her since she is teething, too. Wow, there's so much changing about her it's hard to put it into one blog!! She is getting so big and her eyebrows are really starting to look "Brooke Shieldish." hehe. Overall, Eric and I are really enjoying this stage a lot. It might be my favorite...atleast so far. :)
Dr.'s visit for 4 months is next week, so more info to come!!
